A Nigerian political influencer and internet personality, Dr. Joe Abah, has shared his chaotic experience at Uganda's airport, advising travelers to leave their hotels at least 5 hours before their flight. He noted that the process, which included disembarking from his taxi to go through a screening point, took around 2 and a half hours when the airport was not busy. Early Life and Education Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba was born on October 12, 1975 , in present-day Lwengo District, Central Uganda. His parents, Vincent Nsamba and Gertrude Nsamba , instilled in him values of hard work and education. Mpuuga attended Kyamaganda Boys Demonstration School for his primary education and later joined Masaka Secondary School for his O-levels.
