Bukomansimbi, Uganda - In a very interesting Dar'us (lecture), Sheikh and teacher Mbaziira Hamzah said that people must make sacrifices or mortgage to be successful in life and in the afterlife. The Dar'us, titled "No good thing a mankind will benefit without paying a mortgage on this earthly living and after death," was given during the Juma prayer at a local mosque in Bulenge.
Sheikh Hamzah started by saying that parents should teach their children in both modern and Islamic ways, so they can grow up to be good people. He then talked about the main idea of his Dar'us, which is that nothing good in life comes easily.
Using examples that people can relate to, Sheikh Hamzah explained that even simple things in life, like owning a car or having a happy family, require hard work and sacrifice.
He asked the people listening to think about what they want to achieve in the afterlife, and the answers included going to paradise and meeting Allah.
The Sheikh said that to achieve these goals, people must make sacrifices, especially with their time and money. He encouraged young people to take action and not wait for opportunities to come to them. Instead, they should work hard and use their time and resources wisely.
Sheikh Hamzah used a simple example to make his point clear. He compared two farmers who plant crops in the same land, but one uses special helpers (fertilizers) while the other does not.
While Allah may help both crops grow, the farmer who used the special helpers will get a better harvest. Similarly, in life, people who make sacrifices and work hard will be more successful.
The Dar'us was well-received by the people listening, who were inspired by Sheikh Hamzah's wise words. The event was organized by the Bulenge Muslim Council, led by Imam Tomusange, and was attended by many Muslims from the local community.
In his final words, Sheikh Hamzah encouraged Muslim young people to focus on improving themselves and becoming better people, rather than getting involved in politics and unnecessary arguments. By making sacrifices and working hard, they can achieve great things and be happy in both this life and the next.
The Sheikh's Dar'us was a reminder to the Muslim community of the importance of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication to achieving their goals.
It was a call to action for young people to take control of their lives and work towards a brighter future. The Dar'us was a huge success, and many people left feeling inspired and motivated to make positive changes in their lives.
