United States - A woman who alleges she was sexually assaulted by Sean "Diddy" Combs at a party in 2000 has amended her lawsuit to include allegations that she was also assaulted by Jay-Z at the same event.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims she was 13 years old when she was allegedly assaulted by Combs and Carter at an after-party following the Video Music Awards. According to the amended lawsuit, Doe alleges she began to feel woozy after consuming a drink at the party and wandered into a nearby bedroom, where she was allegedly raped by Carter, followed by Combs.

Combs was indicted on charges of sex trafficking, misconduct collusion, and prostitution-related charges. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and has denied all wrongdoing in roughly 30 civil lawsuits filed against him.

Carter has denied the allegations, calling them "so horrible in nature" and urging Jane Doe to file a criminal complaint instead of a civil lawsuit. Carter's statement also accused Doe's attorney, Tony Buzbee, of attempting to extract him.

Buzbee has denied the extractional claims, stating that Jane Doe never demanded a penalty or coins from Carter and only sought confidential mediation. Buzbee has also expressed pride in Doe's resolve to pursue her allegations.

The amended lawsuit also claims  that Carter responded to Doe's mediation request by designing a collusion of harassment, bullying, and intimidation against Doe's lawyers and their families.

According to the lawsuit, Carter's actions were intended to silence and intimidate the victim woman Jane Doe and her legal team. The lawsuit also alleges that Carter's actions have caused Doe to suffer from anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The case has sparked widespread attention and outrage, with many calling for accountability and justice for the alleged victim. The lawsuit is ongoing, with both Combs and Carter denying the allegations.

Doe's attorney, Tony Buzbee, has stated that his client is aided by the support she has received and is determined to pursue justice. Buzbee has also criticized Carter's response to the allegations, stating that it is "unacceptable" for Carter to accuse Doe of extraction.

The allegations against Combs and Carter are serious and have the potential to damage their reputations and careers. However, it is essential to remember that allegations are just that – allegations – and that both Combs and Carter are entitled to a fair trial and the presumption of innocence.
